Are your offers "all-inclusive" (turnkey, ready to play) and what does that mean for me precisely?

In a nutshell: There are no hidden costs for you. The price you will find in our offer includes the costs for all play equipment - including planning, delivery and assembly.

How much does an indoor playground cost?

It is not so easy to give a general answer to this question. The price of an indoor playground depends on several factors: Size, proportion, attraction mix, theming, to name but a few. That's why we don't want to confuse you with vague guideline prices. We prefer to take our time, discuss your ideas together and then send you an offer you can rely on.

Can you send me a product catalogue?

We attach great importance to talking to you personally, right from the start. This way we can make sure that we understand your requirements exactly and create a tailor-made concept for you. In advance, however, we can gladly familiarise you with projects that have already been realised, so that you can see what is possible and also give you a better insight into our range of services.

We do not sell playgrounds "off the peg"! You get an individual facility from us that is designed in close consultation with you. This is how we ensure that your distinctive playground will give you and your guests great pleasure.

Are your facilities TÜV-approved or what is the play equipment standard?

The play equipment standard (EN 1176) not only takes into account the play equipment itself, but also its arrangement. This process starts with us already in the planning stage! Tested products are used during implementation, with our trained staff ensuring high-quality assembly.

After completion of the project, the equipment can be accepted by an independent testing institute (e.g. TÜV). We take care of the coordination for you.

Parts of my equipment are broken, who can I contact?

Simply contact your account manager and a solution will be found quickly. It is best to send us a few pictures of the wear and tear, which will also show us exactly where the system needs to be repaired. We will then coordinate the date of the repair work with you.

Can I customise my playground or trampoline park?

Yes! Shape, colours, theme - there are almost no limits. We will gladly guide you by the hand should you need help with the first steps. You can incorporate your company's corporate identity into the design of the playground, even placing your logo is possible. With the theming of the facility, you create additional recognition value. We look forward to your suggestions and will be happy to support you in finding ideas!

Through our extensive network of experts, which has grown over 25 years, we complete our service package with industry-specific consulting and commercial advice.

There are other companies and service providers involved in my construction project, how does the communication with you work?

Together with you, we are also happy to coordinate with architects, room planners and craftsmen involved in your project. This ensures a direct, uncomplicated and solution-oriented exchange of information.
