The successful operation of an indoor playground or trampoline park also includes conscientious inspection and regular maintenance. This is how you ensure that your facility remains functional, safe and attractive.
Service
If wear and tear is imminent or a damage suddenly occurs, it is best to contact us with an informative e-mail (please include photos!). Our staff will then get back to you promptly with a repair proposal and date.
Service contracts
Many of our customers also opt for a maintenance contract (e.g. with 2-yearly visits). This means that the next inspection is always in sight and your play structure is maintained in the long term. We look forward to your enquiry!
Spare parts
Of course, we will also be happy to send you spare parts if required. There are some repairs that you can carry out yourself with a little manual skill. We will be happy to support you in this.

Our range of services includes the expert inspection of the play equipment and the complete play facility.
During the safety inspection we assess:
Screw connections for strength and fit
Check joints for accuracy of fit
Padding and covers
Safety and climbing protection nets
Fall protection floors and mats
Surfaces of slides
Filling level in the ball pool
Laces and cable ties
If problems are detected during the safety check, they can usually be repaired on the spot by our service staff. If the repair should require more extensive measures, you will receive a separate repair offer from us.
Playground equipment that has become overaged? No problem!
We are also happy to freshen up the look of your play structure. Most of the time, the basic structure of even older facilities is in perfect condition. Upholstery, floors and play elements can be refreshed without any problems.
Cleanliness and hygiene as an important success factor
Parents in particular value cleanliness and a safe appearance of the playground. A well-maintained playground contributes significantly to a good image!
